With the transfer to new owners of 7211 Broughton Street, Sarasota, on February 1, the National Register of Historic Places listed home at 7207 Broughton is the remaining Ralph Spencer Twitchell-designed 1929 residence from his Ravellan Gardens project currently for sale. This exterior photo of 7207 Broughton was taken late in the evening on February 3. The home has four bedrooms (including a first floor master suite), three and one-half baths, and there is a separate one-bedroom, one-bath apartment and full sized, heated swimming pool on the double-sized lot. Let me know if you would like to visit.
