Yesterday, a new owner joined the lineage of this historic home listed on the National Register of Historic Places, at 7211 Broughton Street, Sarasota. I have been privileged to have now sold three of the five homes that are part of the portfolio of iconic architect, Ralph Spencer Twitchell, in a development he called Ravellan Gardens. There is one currently available National Register-listed home for sale at 7207 Broughton Street. I would be pleased to arrange a tour of it.
